Return Policy

What Is the Return and Cancellation Policy 
 
A note from our family to yours…. 
As a small, sustainable and parent-led company we offer a 14-day window for returns of unused items. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in / unused. After we receive your item and verify your claim, we'll happily refund your payment. Please mail returns to: splashy sand,  5115 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85017
Please review the following before submitting a return:
- We do not accept returns on clearance, seasonal or final sale items.
- Item(s) must be in the original condition as they were at the time of pick-up or delivery and all original packaging must be included. splashy sand must be sealed.
- The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
If we don't hear from you within 14 days of receiving your order, we'll assume everything is A-OK. After 14 days, you assume full responsibility and liability for the product. Please email support@splashysand.com for additional support. 
 
Refund Policy 
Once your return is received and evaluated, we will send you an email with an update on your refund request. Please allow for 7 business days for the evaluation and 3-5 business days to process the refund. 
 
Haven’t Received a Refund Yet? 
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it, feel free to contact us at support@splashysand.com.
There’s a good chance your refund has been issued and your bank or credit card company has not yet posted the credit (usually takes 3-5 business days), but we’re happy to provide you with a status update on our end. 
 
Cancellation Policy 
If you decide to cancel your order, no problem! Just let us know and we will issue you a refund. It may take 3-5 business days to process the refund.
If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, we will issue a refund via your original payment method if your order has not been picked up or shipped.
If you choose to cancel after 24 hours and your order has not been picked up or shipped, we will issue you a refund via store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee.
If you choose to cancel after 24 hours and your order has been picked up or shipped, you will not be eligible for a refund.
